We may ask you to complete a Housing Benefit Review form to check that the information we hold for you is correct.
If you receive a letter asking you to complete an online review, you should complete this as soon as possible and within one month of the date on the letter.
You will be required to enter the passcode that was included on the letter and you will also need your personal details including your national insurance number and your claim number.
If you report any changes to us, you will need to upload images or copies of supporting evidence. Please ensure the copies are clear and readable.
