If you get housing benefit, we will take the overpayment from your benefit payments.
You will need to pay the difference in your housing benefit payment, to your landlord. If your landlord receives your housing benefit you should notify them.
If you do not pay the difference to your landlord, you are at risk of getting into rent arrears and losing your home.

Pay online
You can repay your housing benefit overpayment online with a debit or credit card. We cannot accept Electron cards.
You will need your overpayment invoice number.

Our payment telephone line is available 24 hours a day on 0845 356 3456
Charges for calls to all 0845 numbers have both an access charge and a service charge. The service charge is an extra cost of up to 7p per minute.

Pay at a Paypoint outlet
You can pay in cash at PayPoint outlets. You must take your overpayment invoice with you for it to be scanned. There is no charge when using a PayPoint outlet.
