Noise complaints out of hours

When you can call

The Out of Hours Noise team operates at the following days and times:

• Friday from 8pm to 3am (Saturday morning)
• Saturday from midday to 2.30am (Sunday morning)
• Sunday from 10am to 0.30am (Monday morning)

If you are being disturbed by noise and it is occurring during these times. Please call 020 8359 4605 whilst the noise is occurring.

This number is not monitored outside these times, and any messages that are left cannot be accessed, and no response will be given.

This service does not operate on Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve. This is due to enforcement not being practical during such a celebratory period and there are bank holidays the following days for residents to recover.
