The regeneration of the Granville Road estate, situated within the Childs Hill Ward in the south of the borough, aims to create a mixed tenure, balanced community with new affordable homes for private sale and shared ownership.

The proposals will employ sustainable construction techniques to meet local demand for new homes designed and built to a high standard.

Following the completion of Phase 1 in 2012, Phase 2 is tasked with the improvement of the overall estate environment and public realm and the creation of a mixed tenure, community with new homes for sale and shared ownership.
