- identifying and meeting physical and mental health needs
- reducing health inequalities through promotion and reasonable adjustments
- supporting decision making and consent.
Psychologists who can you with:
- an assessment to see if we are the right team for you
- talking about your feelings and behaviour
- getting on with other people
- support your friends, family and staff.
Psychiatrists who can help you with:
- the diagnosis and treatment of mental health problems
- your feelings. For example, if you are feeling sad, worried, angry or confused
- recommending medication or talking therapies which help with these problems
Social Workers who can help you with:
- assessing your needs with you at the centre in line with The Care Act
- care and Support Plans to enable you to live as independently as possible in the community
- getting the support that you, your family, carers and support staff they need.
Occupational Therapists who can help you with:
- making it easier for you to do things at home
- making it easier for you to do things at work
- thinking of things you can do for yourself when you are out and about
