When you will receive Gigabit Broadband

The installation of Gigabit Broadband to our tenants and leaseholders within the borough commenced in Grahame Park in Colindale on 8 February 2021.
The rollout to all Council owned homes will be completed by 2023.
As the Gigabit Broadband Programme begins to include other operators and the Community Fibre timetable for rolling out across the borough is confirmed, we will announce when networks will reach different wards.
When to expect installation
You can currently expect to receive gigabit fast broadband connections over the next three years.

What will happen
If you are one of our tenants, you will be contacted in advance by the service operator by letter, informing you about the upcoming installation works.
All approved operators will provide clear information for residents before installation works start on their estate or along their street. Individual households are given notice by:
- letters
- flyers
- postcards
After Gigabit Broadband has been installed
After the network has been installed, you will be contacted by the provider with information about how to subscribe and enable the service in your home.
