Join Helen Fry and Kate Vigurs as they discuss their latest books on women in intelligence stories with Michael Newman CEO of The Association of Jewish Refugees.  Women in Intelligence by Helen Fry is a groundbreaking history of women in British intelligence, revealing their pivotal role across the first half of the twentieth century. Mission France by Kate Vigurs unveils the full story of the thirty-nine female SOE agents who went undercover in France. This event is in-person.

As part of Barnet Libraries Black Literary Festival, meet children's author JT Williams as she talks about her exciting new series The Lizzie and Belle Mysteries. The Lizzie and Belle Mysteries is a rip-roaring new mystery series set in Georgian London and based on real Black British historical figures Elizabeth Sancho of Westminster and Dido Belle of Kenwood House. Tony is the founder of Black History Walks in London, a group which explores the Caribbean and African history of the capital via 12 guided walks, talks, films, courses, bus tours and river cruises.
