Play Away! at Childs Hill library

Learn to make a flying frisbee, shoot the hoop and mini quoits and test your equipment. The event is suitable for children aged 4 to 11 years. No booking is required but spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Make and decorate your very own castle for coronation.  No booking required. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Children aged 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Supported using public funding by Arts Council England

Bubble Magic at Mill Hill library

Join bubble magician Olena for a performance of Bubble Magic. Suitable for all under-fives. Bubble Magic is a performance and children are required to sit with their accompanying adult throughout the event. Booking is essential via Eventbrite. Tickets become available at 7am on the day of the event.

A special Diwali themed edition of our regular Thursday event. Learn how to draw henna, relax with mindful mandala colouring or play our usual board games and puzzles. Enjoy a warm cuppa and get to know people in your community.  Ages 18+. No booking required. Just turn up!

During this session, children will have the chance to see a demonstration of some higher grades patterns, drills, pad work and non-contact continuous sparring. Participants will also have the chance to learn and try some basic techniques on pads and some iconic signature techniques of Taekwondo. Suitable for children 10+. No booking is required. Places will be allocated on first come, first served basis.
