Mobile library visit to The Concourse, Grahame Park with Creative Communities Storytime

A special half term visit for our Creative Communities programme. Everyone is welcome on board the Mobile Library. You can join the library and choose books to borrow straight away. There will be a special storytime session starting at 11am. There is no need to book, just drop in any time between 10.15am and midday.

The sessions cover a variety of subjects and topics to help you gain confidence in speaking English in a fun, relaxed and welcoming environment. This event takes place during term time only. Introduction to Mindfulness (Creative Communities) at Colindale Library

An interactive workshop for adults who want to learn about mindfulness and how to improve their emotional well-being. The workshop covers using mindfulness in everyday life, to help deal with negative experiences and includes guided mindfulness meditations. This workshop requires participation & working in small groups and is not suitable for those with complex mental health issues. Enrolment at 9.30am.
