Mental wellbeing is very important in our everyday lives and art has proven to be an effective media in helping us achieve and maintain a healthier state of mental wellness by empowering us to express ourselves and communicate our feelings and emotions.
Join Esperanza Walsh, one of Edgware's homegrown artists, in a relaxing wellness journey through art.
The workshop is open to all adults and will have three short activities involving drawing and painting aimed at harnessing the power of art to create a relaxing and refreshing experience. All materials to be used during the workshop will be provided.
