Investment in arts by the Borough

I further note that the council has announced a six-point five-year cultural strategy which includes building on the borough's " ... hidden arts scene" (statement by Cllr Naqvi reported in Barnet Borough Times 2/5/24 page 9). No budgetary estimate was published in the report.My enquiry consists of two related questions.1 ). Please tell me the budget allocated to the cultural strategy that will be paid for by the council. To put this in perspective, kindly compare with the cost of repairing the dangerous porous footway surface illustrated (it is outside No 65 The Drive).2). Of the aforementioned funds already expended plus those planned for the future, what is the estimated return to the council's budget that will be of financial benefit to the council-tax payer? I ask this question in the context of the large budgetary deficit with which the council currently has to contend.
