I would like the following information in the easiest form:1.How many food manufactures do you have which produce pre-packaged food to distribute to other retailers?2.What was the food hygiene (or equivalent) rating from the most recent inspection?GUIDANCE:By Food manufactures we mean organisations which are based in your borough which produce any kind of pre-packaged foods which are distributed anywhere, either nationally or internationally. These products could include, but are not limited to:-Sandwiches-Wraps-Microwave mealsAnd so on.Secondly, by food hygiene rating we are referring to a similar style to the FSA rating system. Essentially, whatever system is used to measure compliance within these food manufactures. If it is not in the same style but is used for the purpose of measuring compliance in these manufactures this satisfies our request, but we would appreciate guidance on how your scale works.
