Pocketliving, free market pricing

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to request the details you have pertaining to the land sale, planning team or any other communications you have with pocket living regarding "Woodside Park, Station Approach, London N12 7EE". Pocket living I understand got this land on the basis that they would produce "affordable" housing, with a 20% from market value. I am interested in any details you have related to how this "market value" is calculated, by whom and if the council have audited this market value, or received a list of market values and linked discounted sale prices from pocket living?The background of this request is that we believe that these homes are being sold based on a unrealistic market value as these flats are still slightly above market value for the area even with the 20% discount on the supposed "market value" being applied.
