In accordance with legislation pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we kindlyrequest information relating to the use of legal powers by your local authority to tackle antisocialbehaviour for each of the following 3 years from 2021 to 2024:* ASB Injunctions* Youth Injunctions* Gang Injunctions* Closure Orders* Public Space Protection Orders* Possession Orders for anti-social behaviour* Community Protection Warnings and NoticesThis information is being requested for research purposes and to ascertain the use andeffectiveness of the current anti-social behaviour toolkit.The data being requested relates only to Applications which have been made by the localauthority and not data relating to Applications made by another partner agency in the area(for example, the police).Please find enclosed a response form which can be completed and returned to:
