Pursuant to s1(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 please provide me with:1.Copies of any policies, guidance, internal communications, memoranda of understanding, etc, detailing the division of responsibility between the Council, the police, and any other agencies to investigate and prosecute allegations of unlawful eviction.2.Copies of any policies, guidance, etc, for Council staff setting out how allegations of unlawful evictions are to be investigated and prosecuted by the Council.3.The current budget allocated to the investigation of unlawful evictions.4.The number of staff assigned to the investigation and prosecution of unlawful evictions, their job titles and responsibilities.
