Temporary Accommodation

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information on temporary accommodation provision in the borough of Barnet:*What has been the gross cost to the council per year, over the last five financial years to 31 March 2024, for the provision of temporary accommodation?*What companies do you currently have contracts with to supply temporary accommodation?*How much was their initial contract worth?*How much has each company been paid per year, broken down over the last five financial years, ending on 31 March 2024?*Can you provide a summary of the services the companies are providing for the council under their contracts?*What is the average length of time a household has spent in temporary accommodation over the last five years? (I appreciate you may not be able to provide data for the final year as some households may still be in temporary accommodation.)Please provide the information in electronic form, e.g. as a Microsoft Excel or Word file.If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
