1.How many requests for SEND school places have you received for the following academic years:2024-20252023 - 20242022 - 20232.For each of these academic years, please state the number of SEND students for whom you were unable to find a suitable place.3.Further to question 2, please state - for each instance - why you were unable to find a suitable place.4.If you don't have the information requested in question 3, why do you not keep a record of this information?5.In cases where you cannot find a suitable SEND place for a child - what educational alternative options are offered?I would appreciate if you could please provide the above requested information in electronic format over email.
