I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding your procurement of tuition services for children and young people. Specifically, I would like to request the following:Alternative Provision Education Services Tender:- When is the tender for your Alternative Provision Education Services due for renewal?- What is the current value of this tender?Other Tuition-Related Tenders:- Are there any additional tenders related to tuition services, such as those managed by Virtual Schools or other departments, that support children and young people?For each tender identified, could you confirm:- The scope and purpose of the tender- The current value of the tender- The renewal dates for eachOff-Contract Arrangements- For all tenders related to tuition services, do you ever engage tuition providers off contract when the listed providers are unable to meet your needs?- If so, could you confirm the process for identifying off-contract providers?- Who would be the best person to contact to express our interest in supporting the council with such services?Tender Advertising Portal- Which online portal(s) does the council use to advertise tenders for tuition and alternative provision services?
