1. I am requesting information regarding the display of flags on buildings and facilities under the control of the authority. Specifically, I request the following:A list of all flags that have been flown on buildings or facilities under the authorities control since 1 May 2021. Please provide this information in a list format, specifying the dates and locations where each flag was flown if available. 2. I am requesting information regarding the use of deemed consent for flying flags on buildings and facilities under the control of the authority Specifically, I request the following:Confirmation of whether any of the flags flown on buildings or facilities under the control of the authority since 1 May 2021 were flown under the principle of deemed consent.If any flags were flown under deemed consent, please specify which flags were flown under this principle.Please provide this information in a list format, including the names of the flags and the relevant buildings or facilities where they were displayed, if available.3. I am requesting information regarding planning applications related to the flying of flags on buildings and facilities under the control of the authority. Specifically, I request the following:Confirmation of whether any flags flown on buildings or facilities under the control of the authority since 1 May 2021 were flown following the submission and approval of a planning application.If applicable, please provide details of the flags in question, including the flag name, location, and date of the planning application, if available.
