Please could you tell me:1.What year did you set up a carbon offset fund as required under the London Plan?2.Since the council's carbon offset fund was set up, what is the total amount of money that has been collected? Please break this down by year.3.How much money collected for the fund has been spent? Please break this down by year.4.If you are able to do so within the cost limit, please identify what the money was spent on. If that exceeds the cost limit, please list as many of the projects as possible within the cost limit, in order of total amount of funding provided by the carbon offset fund.5.What is the current price of carbon that the council charges for offsetting new developments, and when was that set?6.What are the previous prices of carbon the council charges for offsetting new developments? Please provide the dates they were set and updated if applicable.
