I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information for the London Borough of Barnet: Do you currently have a contractual agreement in place for supply of services from Kooth Digital Health Limited based at 5 Merchant Square, London, England, W2 1AY? Do you currently have a contractual agreement in place for supply of services from Tellmi (also known as MeeToo Education Ltd) based at 1 Royal Street, London, SE1 7LL? Do you currently have a contractual agreement in place for supply of services from Togetherall Ltd based at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX? Do you currently have a contractual agreement in place for supply of services from Wysa Ltd based at 1 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, England, RG1 4PN?Do you currently have a contractual agreement in place for supply of services from Cerebral Medical Limited based at Kingsridge House, 601 London Road, Westcliff-On-Sea, United Kingdom, SS0 9PE?Do you currently have a contractual agreement in place for supply of a digital mental health service from an organisation not listed above? If yes for one or any: 1) When is that agreement due to end?2) Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?3) Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of the extension?4) Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract is being either extended or renewed?5) Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?6) What was the total budget of the contract provided in the Invitation To Tender? Please provide the information electronically via email. If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response.
