Parking Restrictions Juliana Close N2 0TJ

Within the last two weeks parking restriction signs have been placed on lampposts in Juliana Close N2 0TJ by a private firm "UK Car Park Management'. They have been placed along the street (tarmac areas) which is under the care of Barnet Council as well as on the private parking bays (bricked ares) managed by Southern Housing.There is no Controlled Parking Zone in place for the Barnet Council land on Juliana Close. Nor has there been a recent consultation with regard to parking in this area.The last consultation was launched by Barnet Council in 2021 which led to CPZ zones being established only in the Chandos Road area, 1 mile away.I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act.1. Did Barnet Council instruct UK Car Park management to impose new parking restrictions on the council operated street areas? 2. If so, why has there been no recent resident consultation?3. Why has there been no updates or information given as to how to obtain temporary visitor parking permits? 4. Have UK Car Park Management installed these signs in error along the council operated roadway? Were they meant for the private car parks only?5. If so, when will the signs be removed?
