Freedom of Information Request

Revenue from Household Waste Collection

Received: 27 February 2025

In light of the Section 114 fraud, I suspect the reason the fraud involving the illegal charging for household waste could not simply be stopped and monies refunded is that by forming part and parcel of the £20.5 million prepayment to the pension fund, without the illegal waste income Barnet Council would have been exceeding its resources and required to halt non-essential spending. As Grant Thornton is shortly taking over from BDO, which I hold culpable for colluding with Barnet by being fully cognisant but not calling for a Judicial Review, I require the following information:1. The total annual Barnet revenues from charging for regular household waste collection every year since November 2018.2. The names and addresses of managing agents of blocks and the numbers of flats which have been charged.3. Are you prepared to swear on oath that John Hooton's departure had nothing to do with any financial irregularities? Obviously no reply will be construed that he did, as I very much suspect.
