First, thank you for your response of 23 Jan 2025. Your response begins:All appropriations can be found using the search termshttps://barnet.moderngov.co.ukHowever, I was already able to access materials on the Council's website and was not seeking help finding items already in the public domain.Appropriations should be related to the specific considerations, e.g. about disposal of the Pinkham Way site, as set out in the minutes you have linked to. If these are available then I expected them to be supplied in response to this request, rather than the minutes.I draw your attention to the formal procedure in Section 122 (2a), copied below, that the Council should have followed in the various explorations for disposal that you have released.In my clarification email of 4 November 2024, I explained:I am requesting evidence showing that Barnet Council complied with statutory duties under Sections 122 and 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 in regards to their dealings with the two sites since 2005.I draw your specific attention to Section 122 (2a) that applies to Pinkham Way (previously known as Friern Barnet Sewage Works):A principal council may not appropriate under subsection (1) above any land consisting or forming part of an open space unless before appropriating the land they cause notice of their intention to do so, specifying the land in question, to be advertised in two consecutive weeks in a newspaper circulating in the area in which the land is situated, and consider any objections to the proposed appropriation which may be made to them.In light of the above, there should have been individual notices of appropriation attached to the consideration or decision relating to each disposal prior to the adverts specified above.It is documents such as this, evidencing the Council's procedural obligations to public consultation, notices and so on, that I am requesting.I hope this clarifies my request and I look forward to hearing from you,
