High Hedge Complaints

Dear Barnet Borough Council,1. In the 2024 calendar year how many complaints were made to you by people under Section 8 of the Anti-social behaviour act 2003 where they were complaining about their neighbours' high hedges?2. In 2024 how many cases that you examined under this legislation did you serve a notice on the owner of the high hedge to take remedial action to reduce the nuisance?3. For each case relating to Question 2 please provide me with a summary of (a) what was causing the problem, (b) what the problem was, and (c) what you ordered the high hedge owner to do to reduce/eliminate the problem?
