Noise complaints

To whom it may concern,I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would be grateful if you could provide the following data regarding noise complaints received by the council.1. The total number of noise complaints received by the council in the calendar year 2024 (1st January - 31st December), broken down by category of complaint, including (but not limited to), domestic noise, commercial noise, construction noise, traffic/transport noise, public events noise, etc.2. The same data for the calendar years 2023, 2022, 2021, and 2020, also broken down by category.If it is not possible to provide the requested data for all years within the statutory 20-working-day timeframe, please prioritise the most recent year (2024) and indicate whether the historical data can be provided at a later date.I would prefer to receive this information in an electronic format, ideally as a CSV or Excel spreadsheet.Thank you for your time and assistance.
