Local Authority IT Systems

I would like to request details of the major IT systems used by your organisation for a number of service areas. Specifically, I request the following information: *The name of the primary IT system/software used for each service area.*The name of the supplier/vendor providing the system.*The contract start date and end date.*The total contract value (or annual cost if available).*The number of users/licenses for each system (if applicable). Please provide this information by completing the attached spreadsheet.If an IT system is not used, or the service are is not relevant for your organisation then please leave that line blank.Questions are attached in the spreadsheet.
