Asset sales

1. For each of the financial years between 2020/21 and 2024/25 inclusive, please provide:a) the total planned capital receipts from asset salesb) the actual total capital receipts from asset salesc) a list of assets disposed of by the council, including the address, ward, property type, sales value and purchaser for each asset2. For the financial year 2025/26, please provide:a) a list of assets that have been decided to be disposed of, including the address, ward, property type and projected sales value for each asset,b) list of assets that have already been disposed of, including the address, ward, property type, sales value and purchaser for each assetc) the total planned capital receipts for asset sales3. Please provide a copy of your asset disposal policyPlease provide the data in answer to questions 1 and 2 in a spreadsheet format and contact me as soon as possible if this request isn't possible within a reasonable time, or needs clarification or narrowing down.
