Golders Green Estate (Zone GG) CPZ Consultation Data and Internal Deliberations

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting the following information regarding the Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) consultation for the Golders Green Estate (Zone GG), held in March 2025:1. A full anonymised breakdown of all 108 consultation responses (including submission method, street name, and summary of comments, with any personal information redacted).2. The methodology used to categorise responses as "in favour" or "against" the CPZ (including how 'neutral' or 'conditional' responses were handled).3. All internal emails, meeting notes, memos or documents relating to the analysis of the consultation results and the decision to proceed with implementation.4. Any statistical assessment or commentary made internally regarding the low response rate (~10%) and how it was evaluated in terms of representativeness.5. Records of outreach measures taken to encourage consultation responses, including any advertising, follow-up letters or public meetings.If any of the information requested is held in electronic formats (e.g. spreadsheets, emails, PDFs), I would prefer to receive it in that format.
