Housing Repair Complaints

I am writing to request information under the FOI Act.Please provide copies of all of the original complaints (both Stage 1 and 2) submitted to your council regarding repairs to housing owned by the council (either directly or through a company or ALMO) for the past six months (from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2025). I would specifically like to receive the complaints about repairs which relate to plumbing, leaks, damp, and similar issues.To be clear, I am requesting the actual complaint documents as submitted by complainants (with appropriate redactions for personal data), not just statistics or summaries about them.This would include:* Original web form submissions* Emails sent to complaint addresses* Records of telephone complaints* Any other format in which original complaints are recorded and stored in your systems.I understand these may be stored in your complaint management system or document management system. Please note that I am not requesting any internal case notes, assessments, or correspondence about the complaints, but the original complaint submissions.Please include the date of the complaint and the outcome/status (e.g. upheld, not upheld, partially upheld, unresolved). My preference is to receive this information in an Excel spreadsheet.I kindly remind you that time taken to perform redactions doesn't usually count towards the cost limit under ICO guidance. I request that if there's any issue providing this data, you provide me with advice and assistance on how I can refine my request
