I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request information regarding your local authority's use of Right to Buy (RTB) receipts and Section 106 (S106) affordable housing contributions. Please provide responses to the following questions for the period 2018 to 2024:Right to Buy (RTB) Receipts1.Please provide the total amount of Right to Buy (RTB) receipts received by the council for each year from 2018 to 2024.2.How much of these RTB receipts were reinvested in affordable or social housing each year between 2018 and 2024?3.How many affordable/social homes were delivered using RTB receipts in each of those years?4.Has your authority returned any unspent RTB receipts to HM Treasury in the last five years? If yes, please provide the amounts and reasons.5.What internal policies, governance processes, or financial constraints affect your ability to spend RTB receipts within the permitted timeframes?Section 106 (S106) Affordable Housing Contributions6.Please provide the total value of Section 106 financial contributions received for affordable housing annually from 2018 to 2024.7.How much of these contributions have been spent and how much remains unspent as of the latest financial year?8.How many affordable homes have been delivered using S106 affordable housing funds in each of the past five years?9.Has any portion of the S106 affordable housing contributions been returned to developers under clawback clauses in the same period?
