Dear FOI Officer,I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the software or systems your council uses for highways and road asset management. Please could you provide responses to the following:1.What software or system does your council currently use to manage highways or road asset management (including carriageways, footways, etc)?2.What software or system does your council currently use to manage Street lighting asset management, Drainage asset management and Street works?3.Who are the providers of these systems (e.g. Brightly Confirm, WDM, Symology, Causeway, or other)?4.The name and job title of the primary contact person responsible?5.Their email address and telephone number (if available)6.The contract end dates along with any permissible contract extensions.7.The annual cost or licensing fee for the systems?
