Motorcycles in Bus lanes - documentation

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting access to information regarding the use of bus lanes in the London Borough of Barnet, with a specific focus on the inclusion or exclusion of motorcycles.Please provide the following information:1. Policies and GuidanceAll internal policy documents, guidance notes, and strategy papers used to determine the current rules for bus lane usage in Barnet, specifically from January 2022 onwards.Any formal criteria or traffic management orders that set out which vehicle types are permitted in each bus lane (e.g. buses, taxis, motorcycles, cycles).2. Rationale for Inclusion/Exclusion of MotorcyclesAll internal correspondence (including emails, memos, WhatsApp messages, meeting notes or briefings) between officers, councillors, or contractors that relate to the decision to either permit or prohibit motorcycles from using specific bus lanes in Barnet.Any documentation that outlines the rationale for the inconsistency across the borough in terms of motorcycle access.Any risk assessments, safety studies, or comparative analysis with other boroughs used to inform these decisions.3. Consultation and Public EngagementRecords of all public or stakeholder consultations carried out that considered the use of bus lanes by motorcycles, including any responses received or summary findings.Any Equality Impact Assessments (EqIAs) or other assessments that considered the implications for motorcyclists.4. Monitoring, Enforcement, and RevenueData showing the number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued for bus lane infringements since January 2023.Revenue generated from these PCNs, broken down monthly.Any internal reviews, audits, or reports on the operation and enforcement of these bus lanes, especially with regard to vehicle eligibility criteria.If any information is exempt, please specify the exemption applied and justify its use.
