Mental Wellbeing Art Activity at Edgware library

Mental wellbeing is very important in our everyday lives and art has proven to be an effective media in helping us achieve and maintain a healthier state of mental wellness by empowering us to express ourselves and communicate our feelings and emotions. Join Esperanza Walsh, one of Edgware's homegrown artists, in a relaxing wellness journey through art.

On Monday 6 November at Finchley Church End Library from 7 to 8pm, we present: Kino and Kinder: A family’s journey in the shadow of the Holocaust with author Vivien Sieber in conversation with Francine Wolfisz.

First Physics at Colindale library

We will be providing a range of physics themed activities for children to explore with their grown ups. This event is suitable for under fives.

Barnet Libraries have teamed up with Age UK Barnet to organise a creative writing workshop focused on poetry. The workshop will be led by Richard Neville, storyteller and creative writing teacher, who believes in spontaneity, using word games and writing exercises to inspire poetry and prose.
